Acropora globiceps is a species of acroporid coral found in the central Indo-Pacific and the oceanic west and central Pacific Ocean. It can also be found in the Great Barrier Reef, the Philippines, the Andaman Islands, Polynesia, Micronesia and the Pitcairn Islands. It occurs in shallow tropical reefs, intertidally on upper reef slopes and reef flats, at depths of about 8 m. It likely spawns in October.
