Acraga ampela is a moth in the Dalceridae family. It was described by Druce in 1890.[1] It is found in Colombia, Peru and Bolivia. The habitat consists of tropical wet, tropical moist, tropical premontane wet and tropical lower montane wet forests.
The length of the forewings is 14-17 mm. The forewings are white, with brown suffusion from the base to the middle of the inner margin and with a brown spot at the apex. The hindwings are white with a brown anal angle. Adults are on wing year-round.[2]
