Acle Academy (formerly known as Acle High School) is a secondary school with located in Acle, Norfolk, England. The academy status school has 700 students, ranging in age from 11–16 years old. The head teacher is Mr. Tim Phillips (2013).

There are five year groups at Acle Academy, from Year 7 through to Year 11. It is one of the main feeder schools for East Norfolk Sixth Form College, in Gorleston, Paston College, in North Walsham, amongst others.

Performance

In 2010, 57% of pupils achieved 5 or more A* to C. GCSEs including English and Math 56% of boys and 58% of girls. 95.4% of pupils in 2010 achieved at least one GCSE at A* to C

The June 2010, Ofsted report found Acle to be a "good school".

On May 28, 2011 Ofsted's report found Acle to be a "well adjusted school".

Extracurricular

Acle Academy arranges for special talks that are open to the public, and works closely with village groups, such as the, Acle Community Archive Group, Acle Archaeology Project and Acle Youth Club. The school works in partnership with its feeder schools, partner high schools, local businesses and other learning providers. Family learning is promoted by running weekend events such as the Science Day.
