Abul Hayat (born September 7, 1944) is a Bangladeshi actor. He is also a writer and a civil engineer.[1]
Education
Hayat got his B.Sc. Engineering degree from Department of Civil Engineering of Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET).[2]
Career
Hayat was an executive engineer of Dhaka WASA.[2] He has acted in over 1000 television dramas.[2] His first acted TV drama was Oedipus in 1969.[3]
As of February 2015, Hayat has written 23 books in total. He wrote his first book Trishnar Shanti in 1989.[1]
Personal life
Hayat's two daughters, Bipasha and Natasha, are actresses. His son-in-law Toukir Ahmed is an actor too.
