Abner Felipe Souza de Almeida commonly known as Abner is a Brazilian footballer who plays as a left back for Real Madrid Castilla.

Career

Abner made his Campeonato Brasileiro Série A debut for Coritiba in a 2–2 draw with Goiás in September 2013.[1]

Abner played for the Brazil national under-17 football team at the 2013 FIFA U-17 World Cup finals in the United Arab Emirates.[2] However, he suffered a knee injury in a group stage match that kept him out of the remainder of the tournament.[1]

Personal Life

Abner was born in Londrina, Brazil to Brazilian Father and an El Salvadorean Mother. He was later, raised in San Salvador, El Salvador after, his parent's divorce. At 12 years Old he had a trial with FAS and Passed. But In 2011 he returned back to brazil after his career moved along.

On the 16th July 2014, it was announced that, despite long standing interest from A.S. Roma, 'Abner' had signed for Real Madrid Castilla.[3]
