Abdul Mannan Choudhury is a former professor of the University of Dhaka, and is the Vice-Chancellor of the World University of Bangladesh.
Choudhury has been serving as Vice-Chancellor in the World University of Bangladesh (WUB).[1]
From 1992, Choudhury was the Member-Secretary of the Coordination Committee for the Trial of the Killers and Collaborators of 1971, and closely worked with Shaheed Janoni Jahanara Imam.
Personal life
Choudhury is married to Morsheda Choudhury who has been holding the position of Treasurer at WUB since 27 July 2003. They have three sons – one of whom one is an Associate Professor in Dhaka University; the second one is a physician in Singapore; and the youngest son is a Research Associate in the University of Massachusetts, USA.[1]
