The ABU TV Song Festival 2015 will be the fourth annual edition of the ABU TV Song Festival. The festival, which is non-competitive, will take place in Istanbul, Turkey and coinciding with the 52nd General Assembly of the Asia-Pacific Broadcasting Union (ABU) which is scheduled for 28 October 2015. So far four countries have confirmed their participation.
Location
It was announced that the 2015 ABU TV Song Festival will take place in the Turkish city of Istanbul, and coincide with the 52nd General Assembly of the Asia-Pacific Broadcasting Union (ABU).[1] Istanbul previously played hosts to the Eurovision Song Contest 2004, when the contest took place in the Abdi İpekçi Arena, although the venue for the 2015 ABU Festival is yet to be known.[2]
Host broadcaster
Turkish Radio and Television Corporation, commonly known as TRT, will be the host broadcaster for the festival on 28 October 2015.[3][4]
Format
The ABU TV Song Festival celebrates the popular music culture by showcasing high-profile musical acts from each of the participating ABU broadcasting members, in a non-competitive manner.[5]
Provisional list of participants
Four countries have so far confirmed their participation, with India and Kazakhstan making their TV Song Festival début. It has also been announced that a nation within the Arab League who is a member of the Arab States Broadcasting Union will also make their début, although information on which nation has yet to be confirmed.[6]

Each participating country was invited to broadcast the event across their respective networks and provide commentary in the native languages to add insight and description to the shows.

- Maldives- On 6 March VMedia has confirmed that they have plans to participate in the 2015 edition.[9]
