ABA Business Center
Coordinates: 41°19′12″N 19°49′22″E / 41.32000°N 19.82278°E ABA Business Center is the tallest completed building in Albania. Opened in January 2009, this mixed-use center has an area of around 30,000 sqm and is located in Tirana’s most prime business and residential neighborhood. The floor to ceiling glass walls allow for pleasant views of the city.
Located next to the Qemal Stafa National Soccer Stadium, ABA Business Center offers business and residential space for leasing, and shopping and entertainment facilities. This cutting edge building offers services and amenities such as a 24-hour security system, an underground parking garage, an access control system, a central infrastructure network for supporting electronic communications, and a central television system.
Floors 5 to 17 contain modern offices offering all the necessary services for the conduct of daily business. More than 15 companies and organizations are headquartered here.
