9963 Sandage is a main belt asteroid. It orbits the Sun once every 3.58 years.[1]
Discovered on January 9, 1992 by E. F. Helin, it was given the provisional designation "1992 AN". It was later renamed "Sandage" after Allan Sandage, an American astronomer.[2]
