9491 Thooft

Asteroid 9491 Thooft is named for 1999 Nobel physics laureate Gerardus 't Hooft.

The laureate 't Hooft has drawn up a constitution for future visitors of the asteroid, poking fun at the IAU's naming conventions, as in article 4 with, "Since the I.A.U. was unable to place an apostrophe in the name of 9491 Thooft, any other uses of apostrophes on 9491 Thooft or within its territorial zone will be outlawed. No keyboards that have an apostrophe key will be allowed on the asteroid."[1]
