520 West 41st Street is a proposed 106-story supertall skyscraper. It will be located in the Midtown Manhattan section of New York City and is being developed by Silverstein Properties.[1] The building will surpass all other skyscrapers on the island by floor-count.
Usage
The building will include 300,000 square feet of ground-level retail space, in addition to hotel rooms and 1400 apartments.[2]
