520 Park Avenue is a skyscraper proposed for New York City. It was designed by Robert A. M. Stern.[1] The building will cost US$450 million to build.[2] The tower will be completed by 2017.[2]
Design
Like much of Stern's work, the building is New Classical in style. The exterior of the building is limestone.
Amenities
The building will include a garden, a children's playroom, a pool, and a fitness center. There will also be guest suites and wine cellars available for purchase.[3]
