505 Montgomery Street is a 24-storey, 100 m (330 ft) class-A office building in the financial district of San Francisco, California. The spire perched atop the building is a replica of the Empire State Building.
The building was sold by Hines Interests Limited Partnership to RREEF in 2005.[3]
