4348 Poulydamas (1988 RU) is a Jupiter Trojan discovered on September 11, 1988 by Carolyn S. Shoemaker at Palomar.

During 1990, photometric observations of this asteroid were used to build a light curve showing a rotation period of 9.908 ± 0.018 hours with a brightness variation of 0.21 ± 0.01 magnitude.[6]
