42516 Oistrach (1993 VH5) is a main-belt asteroid discovered on November 11, 1993 by F. Borngen at Tautenburg dedicated to world class violinists David Oistrakh and Igor Oistrakh . Note that whilst the accepted transliteration in English of the name of the dedicatee is "Oistrakh," "Oistrach" is common in German.
