4148 McCartney

4148 McCartney is an asteroid named in honour of ex-Beatle Sir Paul McCartney.[1][2] It was discovered by Ted Bowell on July 11, 1983.

McCartney is an asteroid of the main belt, at 2.525 AU. It has an eccentricity of 1.098 and an orbital period of 1,258.21 days (3.66 years). Its mean orbital velocity is 19.88 km/s, and its inclination is 6.14°.
