3rdeyegirl, stylized as 3RDEYEGIRL, is Prince's backing band as of his 2014 return to Warner Music. It is an all female trio consisting of the Canadian guitarist Donna Grantis, American drummer Hannah Welton and Danish bassist Ida Kristine Nielsen.[2][3] Together with Prince, they released the LP Plectrumelectrum on September 30, 2014.
