3rd Minnesota Light Artillery Battery was an artillery battery that served in the Union Army during the American Civil War.

The battery was mustered in at Fort Snelling, Minnesota between February 2 to May 1, 1863 from members of the 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th, and 10th Minnesota Volunteer Infantry Regiments.

The 3rd Minnesota Light Artillery Battery was mustered out at St. Paul, Minnesota on February 27, 1866.

The 3rd Minnesota Light Artillery Battery lost no men killed in action or died of wounds received in battle and 4 enlisted men died of disease. Total fatalities were 4.
