3754 Kathleen (1931 FM) is a main-belt asteroid discovered on March 16, 1931 by C. W. Tombaugh at Flagstaff (LO).
It has a common main belt albedo of 0.06,[2] and thus is 53 km in diameter.[1]
Photometric observations of this asteroid collected during 2007 show a rotation period of 11.2 ± 0.1 hours with a brightness variation of 0.2 ± 0.04 magnitude.[3]
