24 Oras Southern Mindanao formerly Testigo is a regional news program aired over GMA Davao. The newscast airs at 5:05 PM to 5:50 PM every Monday to Friday. It is also simulcast on radio via DXGM-AM.

Its main newscaster is Tek Ocampo. Tek started with Testigo in 1999 and made a name as a national reporter for GMA News when he left the show in 2002. After his stint with GMA Manila, he came back to Davao to anchor the program once more. It covers the entire Davao Region, SOCCSKSARGEN and Central Mindanao.

Testigo newscast ended its 15-year run on November 7, 2014 as it adopts the branding of its now-main newscast 24 Oras as 24 Oras Southern Mindanao effective November 10, following their change of graphics and theme music of the network's flagship newscast, 24 Oras.

Titlecard as Testigo used until 2009, when their theme and graphics were updated; and kept their former newscast's title until November 7, 2014.
