21262 Kanba is a main belt asteroid with an orbital period of 2033.6311756 days (5.57 years). It as discovered April 24, 1996 by R. H. McNaught and H. Abe, observing at Yatsuka, Japan. It is named for Minatsu Kanba (b. 1970), a popularizer of astronomy in Shimane prefecture and an observing partner of the discoverers. Orbital eccentricity: 0.2417 semimajor axis: 3.1394418 AU inclination: 8.38833 degrees absolute magnitude +13.8 [1]
