The 2016 Pacific-12 Conference Men's Basketball Tournament presented by New York Life is the postseason men's basketball tournament for the Pacific-12 Conference and will be played in March, 2016 at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Paradise, Nevada. The champion will receive an automatic bid to the 2016 NCAA Tournament.

Teams will be seeded by conference record, with ties broken by record between the tied teams followed by record against the regular-season champion, if necessary.
