2016 AFC Futsal Championship qualification

The 2016 AFC Futsal Championship qualification is held in late 2015 to determine 12 spots to the final tournament in Republic of China. Japan, Iran, Uzbekistan and the host nation, Chinese Taipei, receive automatic byes to the Finals.

Format

Reigning champions Japan, runners-up Iran, Uzbekistan and 2016 edition hosts Chinese Taipei have direct entry into the tournament proper. Top three of each zone would qualified for the 2016 AFC Futsal Championship.
