The 2015 Ivy League Baseball Championship Series will be held at the home field of the division winner with the best regular season record on May 9 and 10. The series matches the regular season champions of each of the league's two divisions. The winner of the series will claim the Ivy League's automatic berth in the 2015 NCAA Division I Baseball Tournament.[2]

Dartmouth claimed their eighth straight Rolfe Division title, while Columbia and Penn tied for the Gehrig Division lead. The two teams will meet in a one game playoff on May 2; the winner will face Dartmouth in the Championship series.
