The 2015 Argentine motorcycle Grand Prix was the third round of the 2015 Grand Prix motorcycle racing season.^[1] It was held at the Autódromo Termas de Río Hondo in Santiago del Estero on 19 April 2015.

In MotoGP class, Marc Márquez took his second pole position of the season. In the race, he started well and ran wide from the field within the gap just 4 seconds. However, Valentino Rossi decreased Márquez's gap until lap 22, he closely on Márquez. At Turn 5, Márquez being contact with Rossi and Márquez crashed out of the race after his bike hit Rossi's rear tyre with two laps remaining. As a result, Rossi took his second wins of the season, Andrea Dovizioso took his third successive second place, and Cal Crutchlow finished in third place; achieve his first podium since the 2014 Aragon Grand Prix - after overtook Andrea Iannone in the final corner. For the first time since the 2014 Australian Grand Prix, both Repsol Honda riders failed to completed the race; further to Márquez's incident and Hiroshi Aoyama crashed after being contact with Danilo Petrucci with one lap remaining. Aleix Espargaró had good started position, second on the grid, but he dropped in seventh place. Yonny Hernández was force retired from the race after his bike on fire. Jack Miller took his first win in the Open category with finished in twelfth place.
