The 2015–16 Football League Two (referred to as the Sky Bet League Two for sponsorship reasons) is the 12th season of the Football League Two under its current title and the 24th season under its current league division format.

Twenty four clubs will participate, eighteen of which remain in League Two having been neither promoted nor relegated at the end of the 2014–15 season. These clubs will be joined by Yeovil Town and three other clubs relegated from 2014–15 Football League One, and also by Barnet and the playoff winners from the 2014–15 Football Conference.
