The 2015–16 Florida Gators men's basketball team will represent the University of Florida in the sport of basketball during the 2015–16 NCAA Division I men's basketball season. The Gators will compete in the Southeastern Conference (SEC). They will be led by first-year head coach TBA, and play their home games in the O'Connell Center on the university's Gainesville, Florida campus.

Previous season

The Gators finished the season 16–17, 8–10 in SEC play to finish in a tie for eighth place. They advanced to the quarterfinals of the SEC Tournament where they lost to Kentucky. They did not participate in a postseason tournament for the first time in 17 years.
