The 2014 Virginia Tech Hokies football team represented the Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University (Virginia Tech) in the 2014 NCAA Division I FBS football season. The Hokies were led by 28th-year head coach Frank Beamer and played their home games at Lane Stadium in Blacksburg, Virginia. Their roster on offense includes QB#9 Brendan Motley (SO), RB#14 Trey Edmunds (SO), RB#4 J.C. Coleman (JR), RB#22 Shai McKenzie (FR), RB#34 Travon McMillian (FR), RB#25 Jerome Wright (SO), WR#1 Isaiah Ford (FR), WR#18 Cam Phillips (FR), WR#83 Charley Meyer (SO), and WR#80 Demitri Knowles (JR).
