The 2014–15 Washington State Cougars women's basketball team represented Washington State University during the 2014–15 NCAA Division I women's basketball season. The cougars, led by eighth year head coach June Daugherty, played their games at the Beasley Coliseum and were members of the Pacific-12 Conference. They finish the season 17-15, 7-11 in the Pac-12 in a tie for a seventh place finish. They advance to the quarterfinals of the 2015 Pacific-12 Conference Women's Basketball Tournament to Arizona State. They were invited to the 2015 Women's National Invitation Tournament which they lost in the first round against their in-state rival Eastern Washington.
