The 2012 Conference USA Men's Soccer Tournament was the 18th postseason tournament to decide the Conference USA champion and guaranteed representative into the 2012 NCAA Division I Men's Soccer Championship. The tournament was held at West Campus field in downtown Birmingham, Alabama on the campus of the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB).[1]

The defending champions were the Southern Methodist University (SMU) Mustangs, who defeated the Marshall University Thundering Herd 4–3 in the championship.[2][3]

The Tulsa Golden Hurricane won the tournament, thrashing SMU 5–0 in the championship game.
