2009 Urban Music Awards

In 2009, The Urban Music Awards USA is set to return to New York in 2009 alongside the launch of America's Next Urban Superstar. The US version of the successful UK show Britain's Next Urban Superstar. The UMA's was held on the 17th of July, 2009 in New York City and was attended by more than 2,000 Artist, DJs, producers, promoters, record labels executives, celebrities from the world of music, radio, TV, sports and music fans from across the country.
