The 2009 Pacific Mini Games was the 8th edition of the Games. They were held in the Cook Islands from September 21-October 2.[1]
Torch lighters were the athletes Daniel Tutai and Patricia Taea, last year's Cook Islands junior sportsman and sportswoman.[2]
