The 2009 Diamond Head Classic was a mid-season 8 team college basketball tournament played from December 22 to December 25 at the Stan Sheriff Center in Honolulu, Hawaii. It was the 1st annual holding of the Diamond Head Classic, and was part of the 2009–10 NCAA Division I men's basketball season. USC defeated #20 UNLV 67–56 in the championship game to win the tournament.
