ASEAN University Games (AUG) is the annual games for ASEAN universities/ Higher Learning Institutions affiliated with the National University Sports Authority. This was the 3rd time when Malaysia hosted the ASEAN University Games The ASEAN University Games is an multi-sport event. It has 17 compulsory sports, namely track and field, swimming, basketball, football, table tennis, tennis karate-do, volleyball, etc.[1]
