The 2007 FESPIC Games was the 9th and final edition of the FESPIC series of multi-sport events for Far East and South Pacific athletes with a disability.[1] It took place in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia between 25 November – 1 December 2006. 3,641 athletes from 46 nations competed.

For Asian countries, the FESPIC Games was replaced by the Asian Para Games, starting with the inaugural 2010 Asian Para Games which were held in 2010 Guangzhou, China after the 16th Asian Games.
