The 2003 Spanish Figure Skating Championships (Spanish: Campeonato De España De Patinaje Sobre Hielo 2002-03) were the Spanish Figure Skating Championships of the 2002-2003 figure skating season. Skaters competed in the disciplines of men's singles and ladies singles on the Senior and Junior levels for the title of national champion of Spain.
The 2003 Championships took place between 13 December and 15 December 2002 in Jaca.
