The 2002–2003 Swedish Figure Skating Championships were the Swedish Figure Skating Championships of the 2002–2003 season. Because they were held in December, they were officially designated by the Swedish federation as the 2002 Swedish Championships, but the champions are the 2003 Swedish Champions. Skaters competed in the disciplines of men's singles and ladies singles. Participants were also chosen for the 2003 European Figure Skating Championships, the 2003 World Junior Figure Skating Championships, and the 2003 World Figure Skating Championships.
The 2002–2003 season Swedish Championships were held in Uddevalla from December 6 through December 8, 2002.
