The 1999–2000 All-Ireland Senior Club Hurling Championship was the 30th staging of the All-Ireland Senior Club Hurling Championship, an inter-county knockout competition for Ireland's top championship clubs representing each county. The championship was won by Athenry of Galway, who beat St Josephs Doora-Barefield of Clare by 0–16 to 0–12 in the final.[1]
