Relegation play-offs

The 12th-placed team Olympiakos Nicosia faced 3rd-placed 1991–92 Cypriot Second Division side APEP Pitsilia, in two-legged play-off for one spot in the 1992–93 Cypriot First Division. Olympiakos won by 2-0 at home and by 3-0 away, retaining its Cypriot First Division spot for the 1992–93 season.[1]
