The 1986 Women's College World Series was the fifth NCAA-sponsored championship in the sport of college softball at the Division I level. The event was held in Omaha, Nebraska from May 21 through May 25 and marked the conclusion of the 1986 NCAA Division I softball season. Cal State Fullerton won the championship by defeating Texas A&M 1–0 in the final game.[1][2]
