Mersin İdmanyurdu (also Mersin İdman Yurdu, Mersin İY, or MİY) Sports Club; located in Mersin, east Mediterranean coast of Turkey in 1985–86. Mersin İdmanyurdu S.K. (MİY) football team has participated in Turkish Second Football League in 1985-86 season.

1985–86 league participation

Mersin İdmanyurdu took place in Group C in Second League 1985–86 season. League played in three groups two with 18 teams and one with 17. Bottom four teams in each group relegated to Third League, whereas top teams promoted to First League at the end of the season.^[1] MİY finished 12th with 8 wins and 21 goals.
