1975–76 National Hurling League

The 1975-76 season was the 45th completed season of the National Hurling League.

Overview

Division 1

The National Hurling League's top division featured fourteen teams divided into two groups - 1A and 1B. Each group consisted of seven teams. After a relatively lacklustre run through the group stages, recording just two wins from six games, Kilkenny won their fourth league title ever, their first in a decade. Clare, who were league runners-up, actually finished above 'the Cats' in the group table but lost out in a replay of the final.[1]
