Princess Iron Fan

Princess Iron Fan was produced and released in 1941 from the Wan Brothers in China. Produced in response to the success of Snow White and the Seven Dwarves, it was China's first full length animation. It was released in Japan as 西遊記鉄扇公主の巻 (Saiyuuki: Tessen Koushu no Maki) and has been credited by Osamu Tezuka as being the film that made him want to become an animator.
