The 1930 World Snooker Championship was a snooker tournament played in various locations throughout the season. The final was held at the Thurston's Hall in London, England.[1][2]
Joe Davis won his fourth World title by defeating Tom Dennis 25–12 in the final. Davis also made a 79 break, the highest break in the history of the tournament,[2] breaking his own record he set in the previous year.[3][4]
