The 1928 College Football All-Southern Team consists of American football players selected to the College Football All-Southern Teams selected by various organizations in 1928. Georgia Tech won the Southern and national championship.

NH = selected by Nash Higgins, chief football scout and assistant coach for the University of Florida.[3] It had a first and second team. Higgins also coached track and field.
