    18946 Massar (2000 QM75) is a main-belt asteroid discovered on August 24, 2000 by the Lincoln Laboratory Near-Earth Asteroid Research Team at Socorro.

    18946 Massar was named after Sonny Raye Massar of St. Charles, Missouri. Sonny is married to Bryon Thompson and is now Sonny Raye Thompson.
