16516 Efremlevitan
16516 Efremlevitan (provisional designation: 1990 VR14) is a main-belt minor planet. It was discovered by Lyudmila Chernykh at the Crimean Astrophysical Observatory near Nauchnyj, Ukraine, on November 15, 1990. It is named after Efrem Pavlovich Levitan, a Russian astronomy teacher and writer.
