15028 Soushiyou

15028 Soushiyou (provisional designation: 1998 UL₂₃) is a main-belt minor planet. It was discovered by Tomimaru Okuni at the Nanyo Observatory on October 26, 1998. It is named after the Sōshō Park in the city of Nan'yō in Yamagata Prefecture, Japan.
