    1256 Normannia (1932 PD) is an outer main-belt asteroid discovered on August 8, 1932 by K. Reinmuth at Heidelberg. It is a member of the Hilda group. Measurements of the lightcurve made in 2010 and 2011 give a rotation period of 18.13 ± 0.02 hours. It has a diameter of 69.2 km and a Tholen classification of type D.[1]
