1100 New York Avenue is a high-rise office building located in Northwest, Washington, D.C. in the United States.

History

The 12-floor building was designed by Keyes Condon Florance Eichbaum Esocoff King and completed in 1991, and rises to 156 feet (48 m). The art deco facade at the north entrance of the building is a former Greyhound Lines station originally constructed in 1940. The office structure was built on top of the bus depot. A small exhibit on antique buses is located in the north lobby.[1][2]
